Growing up, my family would always go to this fondue restaurant for special occasions. It has since closed, and after many attempts I have recreated their classic cheese fondue appetizer.
My summer fruit of choice is watermelon and this recipe from my pal JM is always a crowd pleaser.
Being of Italian heritage we took the Feast of the Fishes very seriously on Christmas Eve. I have carried on that tradition making baked clams every Christmas Eve.
My mom would make this almost every single night when I was growing up, and to this day it’s the only salad I’ll finish (much to my mom’s chagrin).
