My summer fruit of choice is watermelon and this recipe from my pal JM is always a crowd pleaser. It’s a refreshing and tasty dish to add to a picnic or BBQ on a hot day that can work as both a salad and dessert! -Kathy
My mom would make this almost every single night when I was growing up, and to this day it’s the only salad I’ll finish (much to my mom’s chagrin). The secret is the anchovy paste in the salad dressing; it lends a perfect savory bite to the whole thing. – Allee
This is a very simple recipe I found online. Nothing exotic, it’s just really really good and balanced. Not too sweet or gloppy/creamy and has a nice crips bite to it. We do a lot of outdoor cooking and it’s a recipe that gets used over and over. Absolutely amazing with pulled pork or just about any BBQ. – Jay
