Ingredients

Scale 1x2x3x

• 2 ounces of Chilled Prosecco
• 1/2 an ounce of Vodka (preferably chilled)
• 1–2 scoops of your favorite sorbet. I like lemon, rasberry or a combo of strawberry and lemon.
• Chopped fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

1. Pour the vodka into the bottom of a champagne flute.
2. Pour the prosecco in.
3. Add the scoops of sorbet.
4. Top with chopped mint.

**Optional: Whisk or blend the Prosecco, Vodka and Sorbet before pouring in flute.
