Description
After a big meal on a hot summer day if you can’t decide if you want a refreshing cocktail or icecream then the sgroppino is perfect for you. It loosely means to untie the stomach and it’s the perfect cocktail to enjoy after that big summer BBQ.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ounces of Chilled Prosecco
- 1/2 an ounce of Vodka (preferably chilled)
- 1–2 scoops of your favorite sorbet. I like lemon, rasberry or a combo of strawberry and lemon.
- Chopped fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the vodka into the bottom of a champagne flute.
- Pour the prosecco in.
- Add the scoops of sorbet.
- Top with chopped mint.
**Optional: Whisk or blend the Prosecco, Vodka and Sorbet before pouring in flute.
