Whipped Coffee

Description
- 2 Tbsp of instant coffee (must be instant – regular coffee grounds will not work)
- 2 Tbsp of granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp of hot water
- Ice
- Milk of your choice
- Electric hand mixer or hand frother are ideal, but this can be whipped by hand too (takes a little bit longer)
Ingredients
- Add instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a bowl
- Whisk together – either using an electric hand mixer or by hand – until it forms peaks
- In a glass with the ice and milk, dollop the whipped coffee on top, stir, and enjoy!
