Whipped Coffee

Description

  • 2 Tbsp of instant coffee (must be instant – regular coffee grounds will not work)
  • 2 Tbsp of granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp of hot water
  • Ice
  • Milk of your choice
  • Electric hand mixer or hand frother are ideal, but this can be whipped by hand too (takes a little bit longer)

Ingredients

  1. Add instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a bowl
  2. Whisk together – either using an electric hand mixer or by hand – until it forms peaks
  3. In a glass with the ice and milk, dollop the whipped coffee on top, stir, and enjoy!
