DSC Olympic Spritz

Aperol Spritz: a vibrant orange cocktail with Aperol, sparkling wine, and a slice of orange.

At DoubleShot we love sports, reasons to celebrate, circular rings, and a good cocktail. So we are mixing up our own special Olympic cocktail in honor of the Paris Olympics.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz St Germain
  • 1 oz Gin (Citadel) – optional
  • 2 oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  • 1 orange slice

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass or high-ball glass two-thirds full of ice and place 1 of the orange slices in the glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into the glass.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

Can also be made as a batch cocktail but would suggest chilling for 30-45 mins if serving that way.
