Artichoke Dip

Description

Growing up, my mom would make this before holiday parties and it would always be a hit. The perfect comfort food to snack on before your holiday dinner!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated romano cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or to taste)
  • 1 14oz can/jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.

Notes

Any cheese can be substituted to taste
