At DoubleShot Creative, we share our favorite campaigns, social media posts, design trends, and more with each other so we can continue to push the boundaries of creativity. When you witness someone else’s creative genius, it can often inspire you to tap into yours. Let’s lose ourselves in creativity for a few minutes and look at some of our most recent creative crushes.
Ugly is the new pretty
Our digital marketing specialist, Erica Moy, was inspired by this new Birkenstock campaign sharing the ugly truth about foot health. The three-part documentary series – made with the New York Times – UGLY FOR A REASON explores the relevance of foot health and reveals why healthy feet look exactly the way they do.
Instead of running away (see what we did there?) from their reputation as an ugly footwear brand, Birkenstock is leaning into it, and we’re applauding them for that.
Let’s be BFFs
We are big fans of BFF, an open-access community with a mission to help women and non-binary people get educated, connected, and empowered in web3. We instantly became fans when we saw the bright illustrations of the inaugural NFT collection.
In addition to putting an instant smile on your face, Jade Purple Brown’s designs aim to celebrate the uniqueness of women and non-binary people worldwide. Her bold and playful style leaves us completely inspired!
Into the Green … and the Future
Our founder, creative director, and self-described “digi-geek,” Patty Tulloch, enjoyed this INTO THE GREEN album cover. She often finds inspiration while listening to music and checking out the album art that accompanies it. The juxtaposition of futuristic elements with floral elements leaves us all in awe.
Seas of Sculptures
Rogan Brown’s paper sculptures caught our art director Noëlla Bible’s eye due to the intricacy of the work – all done with paper! You could get lost in his pieces, looking at all the incredible detail. But don’t take our word for it:
