Any given Saturday you’ll find Kathy swim-bike-running her way to another triathlon title, planning a vacation or sipping cocktails at Bar Bocce.

A digital marketing strategist with a big picture lens, Katie uses blogging and social media pieces to complete clients’ marketing puzzle and deliver measurable results. Any given weekend you can find Katie hiking with her husband Bryce, sipping a glass of wine in Sonoma, or reading on the beach.
Blending blogging and social media, Allison's main goal is to help clients find their voices and build their brand. Outside of work, you can spot Allison (or Allee, as she prefers) running to acting class, auditioning for short films, drinking wine with friends, hosting game nights, or cuddling with her cat, Kingsley.
A highly conceptual thinker and creative problem solver, Noëlla enjoys putting her vision into action. In addition to designing everything from logos to complex presentations, she has a multitude of experience in large-scale events, video production and beyond. Outside of the studio, you can find Noëlla fulfilling her love of surfing and traveling.
Art director extraordinaire meets uber geek. Jason is a one-man band of motion effects, killer presentations, tasty storyboards and all manner of digital special effects. Any given weekend might find Jason hitting the slopes, VJing at a packed nightclub or cheering on the Timbers with his boys.
An accomplished writer, producer and on-air personality, Bonnie has done award-winning work in documentaries, corporate film, and reporting. Her television resume is an alphabet soup of networks (ABV, NBC, CNN, Fox, PBS, etc.) Any given weekend you might find Bonnie sampling fare at a hot new restaurant, taking in a filmfest or flashing her passport on far flung travels.
Gracious and professional, Kristin brings over 20 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in the creation of digital media and new brand experiences. She is exceptionally skilled at balancing client needs, creative development, and production execution. When she’s not spinning project plates, you’ll find her juggling family activities with her husband, daughter and golden retriever.
With two decades of experience in nearly every aspect of marketing communications and advertising, Brian is a process-driven creative who strives to look at the entire creative picture, from the overall brand to the smallest banner ad. In his spare time, he applies his knowledge to help animal welfare agencies and two legendary artisan bike builders based in his hometown of Portland, OR.
Jay brings more than 30 years of design expertise in enhancing the brands of major corporations. He approaches brand ID architectures as expansive creative structures, rather than a set of restrictive guidelines. An award-winning classical painter and graphic designer, he brings a refined aesthetic eye to bear on any project.
