Outside her work leading brand, content, and digital strategy for our clients, Lauren is pursuing a lifelong dream: competing in the ILCA 6 sailing class with the goal of qualifying for the 2028 Olympics. Her campaign—Second Wind Racing—is a story of reinvention and possibility, proving that ambition doesn’t end when careers get busier or families grow.
And after just one year back on the water, she’s already made a statement. Lauren qualified for the 2025 ILCA Masters World Championship, in Formia, Italy finishing 18th overall, 7th woman, and is wrapping up the year as the #10 ranked woman in North America—a remarkable milestone in her comeback season.
As her journey has gained momentum, so has the interest. Lauren is now seeking sponsors to support her national and international regatta schedule, and she has begun speaking to organizations about resilience, reinvention, the power of storytelling, momentum through micro-moments, and redefining what it means to “have it all” as a modern woman in business. Her message resonates because she’s living it in real time—balancing motherhood, a creative career, and an elite athletic comeback through small acts of courage, community support, and a commitment to choosing joy as a competitive advantage.
